Kitchen Guidelines

  1. Ā DO NOT LEAVE LEFTOVER FOOD in the refrigerator or freezer. Food spoils quickly.
  2. Clean-up responsibilities include:
    • Empty garbage cans and replace liners. Garbage MUST be placed in the dumpster.
    • Wash, dry and put away any dishes and utensils used.
    • Turn dishwasher power switch to the “off” position.
    • Clean sink.
    • Sweep floor. Mop, if needed.
    • Wash linens and return them to the kitchen by the next church service.
  3. You may used any dishes, utensils, pots, pans, punch bowl, etc. found in the kitchen. However, they are NOT to be taken off church property.

Van Guidelines

  1. Vans are to be used for approved church functions only.
  2. Vans use gasoline (gasoline-powered engines).
  3. Vans must be returned clean.
  4. Vans are equipped with seatbelts, and they must be worn by riders under the age of 18.
  5. We are not responsible for personal items left on the van(s) at any time.
  6. There is an insurance card in each van. This must remain in the van at all times.
  7. Vans have a maximum capacity of 15 persons.
  8. All participants under the age of 18 must obtain a signed consent form from their parent/guardian prior to departure.
  9. Each driver should leave a list of all passengers in the Church Secretaryā€™s mailbox prior to departure from church.
  10. All drivers must be at least 25 years old with a valid state-issued driverā€™s license. (A copy of the driverā€™s license must be turned in to the office, if it is not already on file.)
