Vans are to be used for approved church functions only.
Vans use gasoline (gasoline-powered engines).
Vans must be returned clean.
Vans are equipped with seatbelts, and they must be worn by all riders under the age of 18.
We are not responsible for personal items left on the van(s) at any time.
There is an insurance card in each van. This must remain in the van at all times.
Vans have a maximum capacity of 15 persons.
All participants under the age of 18 must obtain a signed consent form from their parent/guardian prior to departure.
Each driver must leave a list of all passengers in the church secretary’s mailbox prior to departure from the church.
All drivers must be at least 25 years old with a valid state-issued driver’s license (A copy of the driver’s license must be turned into the office, if it is not already on file.).
